Roof rats, in particular, are agile climbers that spend much of their time in elevated, enclosed spaces that a low-flying owl cannot access. Evidence concentrated near or inside the building matters far more than the number of times you have seen an owl overhead.

Before reaching for any control product, consider what you are actually dealing with.
